Who controls your data
Nektar33 is a product and trading name operated by ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C. For the purposes of Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082, ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C is the controller of personal data processed through the Nektar33 store.
Data we collect
- • Order and delivery data: name, phone, country, city, address, delivery notes, purchased products, amounts, and order status.
- • Optional account data: email or phone, account identifier, and authentication information. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
- • Communications: contact messages, return requests, complaints, and support correspondence.
- • Newsletter data: email and subscription status when you subscribe.
- • Limited technical data: IP address, security logs, selected language, and information needed to operate the site.
How we use data
- • To accept, confirm, deliver, return, or refund orders and provide customer support.
- • To manage optional accounts, order history, and customer requests.
- • To meet legal, tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations.
- • To prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents and to protect legal claims.
- • To send email offers only with consent; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Legal bases
Depending on the activity, processing is based on performance of the sales contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and operation, or your consent for marketing communications.
Orders without an account
You can order without creating an account. Delivery data is processed only for the order, support, returns, legal obligations, and the other purposes described in this policy.
Providers and partners
We share only necessary data with delivery partners, hosting and storage providers, technical services, accountants, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Delivery partners receive only the information needed to complete delivery. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Nektar33 accepts cash on delivery and online payment for signed-in customers. Online payments are securely processed by Paysera; Nektar33 does not collect or store full card numbers. The processor may receive payment, contact, and order data needed for authorization, security, and fraud prevention.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a functional language cookie and browser local storage for the cart, wishlist, and optional account session. These support features you request. We currently do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the relevant purpose and applicable accounting, tax, complaint, and legal-claim periods. We use access controls, encryption for sensitive order details, hashed passwords, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
