Operator and scope
Nektar33 is operated by ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C. These terms apply to the website, optional accounts, and sales made through Nektar33. By ordering, you confirm that you have read these terms, the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Products and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, variants, prices, and stock accurate. Screen settings may affect displayed colors. All orders are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable, we will notify you and will not require payment for it.
Orders and contract formation
You may order with or without an account. Before submission, you can review products, quantities, address, and total price. An automated acknowledgement means the order reached our system, not necessarily that it was accepted. The sales contract forms when we confirm or dispatch the order. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, reasonable fraud concerns, or inability to deliver, and will notify you promptly.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges are shown separately before confirmation. You may pay cash on delivery or, when signed in, online through Paysera. An online order is treated as paid only after processor confirmation. We will not add mandatory charges that were not clearly disclosed before ordering.
Delivery and partners
Selected independent delivery partners carry orders. ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C remains the contracting seller and your point of contact. Risk of loss or damage passes when you or your nominated person, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where law provides otherwise. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and returns
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. For distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. The procedure, costs, and refunds are explained in the Return Policy.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
We are responsible for goods conforming to their description and the contract. Contact us if an item is wrong, damaged, or non-conforming. Statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or another legal remedy are not limited by a voluntary return period or process.
Accounts and site use
- • Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
- • Do not use the site for fraud, illegal activity, technical interference, unauthorized copying, or infringement of others' rights.
- • We may restrict an account where necessary for security, misuse investigation, or legal compliance.
Intellectual property
The Nektar33 name, design, text, graphics, photographs, and site code belong to ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C or are used with permission. Copying, resale, or commercial use without authorization is prohibited except where law permits.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses outside reasonable contemplation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, intentional harm, or product-safety liability under applicable law.
Complaints, law, and disputes
Submit complaints through the contact page or info@onitech.co and include the order number. We will acknowledge and answer in writing without delay and no later than 15 days after receipt. Kosovo law and competent courts apply without limiting mandatory consumer rights or other available remedies.
Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version published when you ordered applies to that order unless a change is legally required.
