The 14-day right
Under Kosovo Law No. 06/L-034, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period starts when you or your nominated person, other than the carrier, receives them. If goods from one order arrive separately, it starts when the last item is received.
How to notify us
Before the period expires, send a clear withdrawal statement to info@onitech.co or through the contact page. Include your name, phone, order number, products being returned, and contact method. No reason is required. We will acknowledge your request and provide the authorized partner return address or location.
Return time and condition
After notifying us, send the item without delay and within 14 days. You may open and inspect it only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond that inspection. Original packaging helps but its absence does not automatically remove a statutory right.
Return cost
For a no-fault withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct return cost unless we agree to cover it or law requires otherwise. If an item is wrong, damaged on delivery, or non-conforming, we will arrange or cover reasonable return delivery.
Exceptions
Withdrawal may not apply in statutory cases including clearly personalized goods, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. An exception will apply only where genuinely relevant and legally permitted.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we refund payments received, including standard delivery cost where law requires, without undue delay and within 14 days after notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or you provide proof of return. Paysera payments are refunded manually through the processor and then recorded in Nektar33. Refunds use the same payment method where possible or another expressly agreed method, without an added fee.
Damaged or non-conforming products
Inspect delivery when received and tell us promptly about damage, a wrong product, missing parts, or non-conformity. Photos of the packaging and item help resolve the case, but failure to provide photos does not remove statutory rights. These claims are separate from no-reason withdrawal and are not limited by this policy.
Exchanges
Where stock allows, we may offer an exchange. An exchange is a practical arrangement and does not replace withdrawal rights or legal remedies for non-conforming goods.
